A hacker by definition is someone who understands technology with a perspective that few have. Today a day’s knowledge with some off the shelf tools qualifies one to label him-self a hacker. The Indian hacking community has no virtual home and is very disjointed. This forum would be a virtual meeting place for the hacking community from India where they could talk business and technology. Attack is the best form of defense and governments the world over are the largest buyer of hacking skills.
